Easy

How to find & cancel mandates

  1. Open Google Pay app on your phone
  2. Tap your profile photo at the top right corner

  6. Confirm with your UPI PIN — done instantly
💡 Even if you stopped using a service, the mandate stays ACTIVE until you cancel it here. The merchant can still debit you.

Your Bank App
SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak...
Most Reliable

How to find & cancel mandates

  1. Open your bank's official app (SBI YONO, HDFC MobileBanking, iMobile etc.)
  2. Go to UPI section → look for "Manage Mandates" or "UPI Autopay"
  3. All mandates linked to that bank account appear
  4. Tap any mandate → "Revoke" or "Cancel Mandate"
  5. Approve with OTP or MPIN
💡 Bank-level cancellation is the most reliable. Even if the merchant app fails to cancel, the bank will block the debit. Always cross-check here.
Credit/debit card subscriptions do NOT appear in UPI apps. You must check your card statement separately for recurring charges.
Standing Instructions (SI)
Auto-debit from savings account
Check Now
  1. Open your bank's net banking or mobile app
  2. Navigate to "My Accounts" → "Standing Instructions"
  3. Full list of recurring auto-debits appears with amounts
  4. Select any you don't need → click "Cancel / Delete SI"
  5. Confirm with OTP — cancelled instantly
Credit Card Autopay
HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI Card, Amex...
  1. Open your credit card app or net banking portal
  2. Go to "Transactions" → filter by "Recurring" or last 3 months
  3. Note all repeat charges — look for ₹99, ₹149, ₹199, ₹299, ₹499, ₹599
  4. To cancel: visit the service's website and cancel from your account settings
  5. If the service refuses refund: call your bank and raise a "recurring transaction dispute"
💡 Banks can block a merchant from charging you again after you raise a dispute — use this as a last resort if a service won't let you cancel.
