What happens after you submit

1We check what's pending — every year of unpaid tax on your property, calculated properly.
2You get an email with the exact amount and the official challan to pay.
3You pay the government directly and get your payment acknowledgment/receipt — we never collect government tax ourselves.
4You pay our facilitation fee (₹1,000–₹3,000 depending on how many years were pending) once your tax is settled. That's where our involvement ends — we don't file or process e-Khata itself, that's a separate step you'd do yourself or with a separate service.
